Scheduling
Create and manage single or recurring work order scheduling within WellTrak’s Job feature. Manage scheduling via WellTrak or connect to 3rd party systems such as SAP or Maximo to eliminate the need to manage work orders in multiple software packages. View and work on completed and upcoming work orders in easy to navigate calendar controls and dashboards
Inspections
Create and manage inspection tasks and reports. Customize each question with multiple options for answer formats such as PASS/FAIL, ComboBox selections or text entry. Optionally require confirmation and validation for all answers
Calibrations
Manage transmitter calibration reporting with easy-to-use calibration report forms. Take advantage of calibration templates to make configuration and data entry quick and easy. Report on a single transmitter or groups of transmitters associated with a common meter. Use WellTrak’s custom interface to take advantage of automatic TASK creation, configuration and reading with the Additel 227 multifunction process calibrator built into WellTrak
Volumes

Virtual Flow Computer
The VFC can be used in real-time to monitor your flow computer configurations and calculations as well as track changes instantly to alert operations of abnormalities in flow rates and production volumes. Track meter record changes and easy to query for EPAP and audit reporting. Seamlessly integrate industry standard measurement for gas, crude oil, natural gas, steam, condensate using AGA and API approved calculations.
Well Test
WellTrak standardizes the capture of volume, and related readings pertaining to well test workflows and allows the ability to integrate with existing SCADA or communicate directly with field measurement devices. WellTrak allows users to schedule, start, stop, and approve well tests.
Proving
WellTrak automates the proving workflow by communicating directly to the flow computer and works with all prover types (master meter, small volume and ball provers) for both volumetric and mass rates. All this is accomplished with our “off-line” remote client, allowing for auto-syncing of prove episode to a central WellTrak when an internet connection is available.
Ticketing
Ticketing for liquids within our workflow takes into account both pipeline and trucking within the same module. Automate the creation and validation of tickets which in turn reduces manual ticket errors. WellTrak automatically captures meter factor and measured volumes while allowing you to rework tickets to standard conditions.
